1. When repairing the disassembled SBR rail, first record the appearance of the rail and confirm the residual amount of lubricant. After sampling, clean the SBR rail. The cleaning agent generally uses gasoline and kerosene.
2. During rough washing, if the SBR guide rotates with dirt, it will damage the rolling surface of the linear guide, so care should be taken. In the rough wash oil, use a brush to remove the grease and adhesions, and after they are basically clean, switch to the fine wash.
3. Fine washing is to carefully clean the SBR guide rail while rotating it in the cleaning oil. In addition, the cleaning oil should be changed frequently to keep it clean.
4. The cleaning of the removed SBR guide rail is divided into rough washing and fine washing. Put a metal mesh in the container first, so that the SBR guide rail does not directly touch the dirt in the container.
