4. Accuracy persistence: refers to the ability to maintain the original geometric accuracy during work. The precision persistence of the module mainly depends on the wear resistance and dimensional stability of the guide rail. The wear resistance is related to the data matching, force, machining accuracy, lubrication method and performance of the protective device of the guide rail pair. The residual stress in the guide rail and its supporting parts will also affect the precision adherence of the stamping manipulator guide rail.
